Nuno failed to win the title and looks set to be replaced there this summer.
Everton
Barkley...Then again
Then again, the Toffees star hasn’t just done one post today. He’s done two!
This one has him kicking a ball.
So maybe it’s just that he really, really likes the grey filter.
Everton
Ross Barkley's future..it looks to be away from Everton
As Everton appear to be pushing for Gylfi Sigurdsson, Ross Barkley’s future goes further into the abyss. And today’s instagram post won’t have done anything to change that.
There was supposed to be a statement from Everton on Monday, but it never came.
The waiting game continues.
But this, an unhappy Barkley, before the game at the weekend, head bowed trudging off the pitch, doesn’t look good.
On his way out? Increasingly, it looks to be a story of where, not if.
Diego Costa
Tianjin Quanjian deny £75million Diego Costa move
Chinese club Tianjin Quanjian have distanced themselves from a £75million move for Diego Costa, saying there has been no contact with the Chelsea hitman since the turn of the year. The big-spending CSL side have stated that they will be looking at a “rational transfer plan” this summer in a bid to become more sustainable.
The Chinese club recently announced that they had reached a ‘verbal agreement’ for their No.1 transfer target, with owner Shu Yuhui saying “buying a world-class centre forward is a no-brainer.”
However, in a sudden about turn, Quanjian have surprisingly declared that there has been no contact with the forward with Costa nor his representatives since the turn of the year.
Here’s exactly what they said
Mbappe
Kylian Mbappe insists he has no intention of leaving Monaco to play second fiddle at another club, and will be “the sole decision-maker” with regards his future.

Mbappe, who began the season playing back up to Valere Germain and Radamel Falcao, leapt into the limelight scoring six times in the Champions League knockout stages and made his senior France debut also.
His incredible rise has seen him linked with a potential world record transfer this summer, as Europe’s biggest clubs sniff around the Paris-born forward.

Swansea owner: "We don’t want to sell Sigurdsson"
Swansea City are ready to turn down record-breaking bids for Gylfi Sigurdsson – with the club’s American owners adamant they’re keeping the Liberty’s star man.And even an offer of £40million would not necessarily tempt the board into changing their stance as they look to hold firm in a summer of speculation over the Swans idol.
“We all know how important Gylfi is, just as he knows how much he’s valued and loved here,” said owner Steve Kaplan. “There’s been interest in him before – there were some pretty big enquiries about him last summer and in the January window – but we didn’t want to sell him then and we don’t want to sell him now.
“And neither do we need to sell him. He has three years on his contract and he’s part of our plans going forward under Paul Clement.
“Our aims are to make sure that we build on the successful end to the season and that doesn’t include selling out best players.”
Liverpool

Newcastle want Chelsea striker Batshuayi
Rafa Benitez will make a bid to land Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi on loan. The Belgian striker has made only one league start this season for the new champions following a £33million move from French giants Marseille last summer, but has netted four in his last three appearances — including the winner at West Brom that confirmed them as title winners.
Benitez wants to use the loan market to bolster his newly-promoted Newcastle squad, and offer former employers Chelsea the chance to give an expensive asset more Premier League experience.
Newcastle borrowed winger Christian Atsu from Stamford Bridge last season and he will now be their first summer signing.
The Magpies have been watching Batshuayi since he was at Marseille.
Benitez has between £70m-£100m to invest this summer and wants five new first-teamers, and at least as many new faces on top to bolster his Championship-winning squad.
Brighton
Brighton take Hoops defender
Brighton are wasting little time after promotion.Having made a first signing at the weekend, they’ve now taken Josh Kerr, 19, from Celtic.
Kerr arrives on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee, and will go into the club’s Under-23s to begin with.
Under-23s coach Simon Rusk said:
“We are delighted that we’ve been able to acquire the services of Josh for next season.
“He will be an excellent addition to the under-23 squad, and his versatility across the back four will be a key asset.”

Scotland and Celtic full-back Kieran Tierney insists he has no regrets after snubbing a big money move to the Premier League. The Daily Record revealed last May that London giants Arsenal were set to test the Parkhead club’s resolve with a whopping £10million bid for the left-back sensation.
But Tierney insisted a 10-minute chat with Brendan Rodgers, after the incoming manager’s first training session, convinced him he had to stay with his boyhood heroes.
The 19-year-old is adamant he isn’t solely motivated by money and is perfectly happy at the Hoops after signing a new five-year deal last June.
Tierney said: “The manager came in last year and I had been told already there was a big bid there.
“It was a dream season for me last year individually and the manager said he wanted me to stay and sign a deal.”

How much has everyone earned this season?
Chelsea won the title ahead of Tottenham in second but that doesn’t mean Spurs were the second biggest earners of the Premier League season. In fact, in their farewell season at White Hart Lane, Tottenham raked in less than Manchester City - who finished third - and the same as fourth-placed Liverpool.
Arsenal earned less than Manchester United despite finishing ahead of them in fifth.
Sunderland, who finished dead last and look forward to the Championship next season, still raked almost £100m before parachute payments kick in.
So how is the money dished out?

Morning all
Greetings folks, how are we all doing on this fine Monday morning? There may well be a few Chelsea fans with sore heads as the Blues celebrated their Premier League title win last night following a bonkers final day of the season.
Yesterday we were treated to a shedload of goals, some emotional farewells and a pinch of last-day drama, as Liverpool and Manchester City sealed their top four places at the expense of Arsenal.
The Gunners’ failure to land a Champions League place for the first time in 20 years could well be a huge blow for the their summer spending plans, as the club will have to come up with a sales pitch to compensate for the lack of top level European competition that they will be able to offer their players.
But for Liverpool, Jurgen Klopp will be able to combine his big personality with the lure of Champions League football as the German looks to take the Reds another step forward.
Manchester United will have to wait and see if they are playing in the Champions League this season, but Jose Mourinho will have his chequebook ready whether they see off Ajax on Wednesday night or not.
And don’t expect Chelsea to rest on their laurels this summer, as new faces at Stamford Bridge will certainly arrive.
We’ll be bringing you all the latest transfer news, gossip and done deals as they happen, so stay tuned everybody...
